This newly built hotel had a modern style and the rooftop pool provided spectacular views. Phuket International Airport is conveniently close. Safety features like fire extinguishers and smoke detectors were a bonus.

The location of the Sunseasand Hotel in Patong was fantastic, as it was close to everything but still far enough away from the noise. We also appreciated the free beach towels provided during our stay. we would recommend this hotel.

Plus, the staff were extremely helpful and always willing to offer assistance with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. Another nice touch was the free bottles of water provided each day, which was greatly appreciated.

The hotel had some maintenance issues, including a blocked shower and a faulty air conditioner that took a long time to cool the room down. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, with some dead mosquitoes found in the room and a dirty showerhead.
